Mobile getting Off most of the time

I have purchased Nokia 1208 Black handset (IMEI: 352907026726323) from "ESSAR TELECOM RETAIL LTD, SHOP NO.3/4, JEETEN C.H.S, OPP SARSWAT BANK, KALYAN MURBAD ROAD, KALYAN (W), TAX INVOICE NO. MH/01034/00001/8899 DTD. 01-11-09.

After 8 months its giving problem and getting off most of the time. When I went to NOKIA care service centre at Kalyan-Syndicate (Kalyan Murbad Raod, Kalyan-w) they are demanding service charges within gauaratee-warrantee period.

I did`nt understand How you can charge service amt for handset in warrantee period and then what about 1 year warrantee what you have given to customer?

Now my handset is not working from last 15 days, your customer care people are not supporting they want their service charges only and also not confirming what is the actual problem and also not trying to resolve the problem.

Kindly look into the matter very seriously, such type irresponsible service we are expected from NOKIA company.
