Phone is not oning

I have given my mobile in service as my phone light was not working but they deliverd me my phone the phone is not working this is the service given by you if you give the service like this then whats the use of warranty... if i take some costlier phone like n95 or something else and this is the condition than we should simply waste our money give your reply soon...?
