Estart problem

i have purchased Nokia 1208 on 11-2 from pankaj mobiles, 10 number market, arera colony BHOPAL (M.P.) but within a week it started giving restart problem i went to nokia care at sameer music center e-5/1 ajay towers opposite habib ganj police station arera colony bhopal.i took my mobile four times but the problem is still not rectified in the month feb, sept, nov and feb my IMEI no is 359845016595147

so i request you to give priority attention to this matter i hope to hear from you soon
