MY NOKIA 1209 IS NOT RECIEVING THE CALLS

My Nokia 1209 just purchased 3 days before, was recieving the calls but when i want to ok the calls ok button is not functioning.

this is a verry serious matter. i want to replaced my handset. but no one is responding me.
