POOR SERVICE

I have purchase nokia 1209 set from nokia dealer ship on dt. 09-10 but till date on my nokia set, outgoing and imcomming is not happing. i have also submit our identity proff e.g. Two photo and Election card as identity proff. I have also contact to Airtel office to start my sim. they told us to start today but outgoing and imcomming is not happing on my mobile. I think that the nokia service is very poor and customer like i is not satisfied because after 7 days my moibile is not working. I also confimed that there is no any problem in my mobile. please help us to start my mobile as possible as. My mobile no is 9935649556
