Not get back from last 3 month from ambala cantt care

I was having nokia 1255. three months before that got software problem and i submitted that to nokia care (IDM telecom ambala cantt) and till now i dnt get it back. due to that i have loss of links and money both. i think nokia i very much able to satisatify their customer. but i think your care center not. please try to under stand it and i am waiting for ur reply as soon as possible.
