Display screen not working

I had reported the above problem on 29th June at your Baroda service station (Divya electronics). A Job sheet was generated and the phone was sent to Delhi for repair work.

After one month of follow-ups I got my phone back only yesterday evening (6th August).

To my surprise after one hour of receiving the phone same problem started (Display screen not working)

I request you to let me know the next course of action from your side.

Your early action in this regard will be appreciated.
