How to lock the hand set Sl. No.355508015768834 and battery No.0670400417535006520596303

Sir, I have the Nokia Hand set 1600 Srl. No.355508015768834 purchased on 2.5.07 from M/s. Dhadiwal Communication, Nasik Road, on 9th March. I made a complaint in this respect to know about the procedure to lock the Nokia Hand set 1600 srl.as given above. Till date I have no response. Hence, thought of make once more the complaint to know the method to block the Hand set. My effort to get the help from Nokia Shoppee help centre, however, their response was negative. Being the manufacture, may I seek your kind help to know whether any process is available to either detect the hand set or lock the hand set. I am sure you may be having some method. Please let me know your response in this respect. As I gather there is method to lock the hand set in case of this theft or loss.
