Nokia 1650
Missing parts after service

I have a Nokia 1650 mobile phone which I had given for repairing on 04/July at Music Planet, SCF 71-72, Sector-15, HUDA Market, Faridabad, Haryana, Tel: 0129-4004147, which is an authorized service center for Nokia in Faridabad. My job sheet number is 107433527/090704/31.

When I went to take my phone back on 10/July they gave me the phone but without the battery cover which is on the back side of the phone. When I asked for the cover they said that this is not our responsibility and you should have not given us the phone with the cover.

Even after too much argument they are not ready to give me the missing cover. Please help me out in this case.
