Not positive responce from nokia care bhopal

I am sachin verma working in national judicial academy bhopal a property of suprem court of india. i have got nokia1650 from our academy.but the mobile set are not functioning properly. i gave my moblile three time in nokia care bhopal.one time m.p.nagar bhopal and two time malviya nagar bhopal.right now they told me your mobile is under swap .and also nokia care executive told me we will give you stand by mobile if you are not getting mobile with in one month but todayalmost 52 day gone i did not get stand by mobile or my swap mobile which is not not received till date 4/07/09.
