Manufacturing Defect in Handset Nokia1650

To Senior Manager,

Subject: Replacement of Handset Nokia 1650.

Sorry to inform you, i purchase Nokia 1650 from PLANET-M store at Airoli, Navi Mumbai on 1, October with Warranty of 2 years.

But in a week time (second week of October) i notice a manufacturing defect of 'Bulging of Key Pad' of my set, on this vendor refuse to admit their fault, n not even ready to fix that, i also give it for granted at that time,

Now again set give a problem of Charging, So i ask him to replace this set as it is Defective Piece.

He again refuse to follow warranty norms (Warranty mentioned on bill upto October).

Request you to please have serious action and make my set replaced.
