Service delivery

Hi,

On 14th july I have submitted my cell in Tele Solution, DN-1, Sector-5, salt Lake. My job Sheet Number is 267504886/090714/8. They called me on 28th July, saying that my cell phone has been repaired. But they have not even test it whether it is working or not. When I went to collect it, it was not working and I submited it again. They told me that they will deliver it within 2 or 3 days. After no call came fron service center. But today (7th august) when I called them, told that they even do not know when it will be deliverable.

Is this your service quality? People who r in service center they even do not know when the cell phone will be ok.

Please look into this matter urgent basis.
