Battery Replacement

Dear Sir,

I bought a Nokia 1650 dated 14-07 (bill no. 4330) Telecom add M-89/3 Shastri nagar but after one month battery get sewlling and does get charged when i complaint to shopkeaper he said to me go to nokia care they will replaced your battery and When went their beahviour of the employee their not good and after some time they said to me this is a local battery I don"t know what to do so please help me
