Complian about jobsheet

Dear sir/Madam,

I Neeraj maurya user of nokia1650 had complaint to my nearist Nokiacare center ehich is in Bahraich (U.P). The complaint was about that my charger was not working, so they gave me a job. But unfortunately, i lost the jobsheet. Dear Sir I m not in a position to find it. I informed it to above Nokia care and gave an application regarding the case, as i mentioned. But I didnt got any response. So its a kind request to you that please solve my problem.i mention all my details below:
