Very poor services

This is in reference to serialnumber 352938026706676. I had given my cellphone to Nokia service center for repair on 12/08 and the expected return time was 16/08 however till date my cellphone has not been repaired and now they have asked me to contact them on 27/08. May I know why does it take half a month and so to repair a mobile. I feel completely paralysed without my cell. I can not contact anyone and vice- versa. Why do you provide such horrible services that it might propel your users not to suggest anyone to buy a Nokia set only because it is the worst service provider. Firstly you people subject your users to immense inconvinience as they have to wait 4-5 hours in the queue before they could give their cellphone for service and then you take half a month and more to repair a mobile. Honestly speaking you people dont understand the value of time.
