Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Nokia Mobile model 1650 on 8th Dec from Geetmala, 12, Civil Lines, Roorkee, 247667, Uttarakhand. In the month of may the mobile developed the first major problem of continuous vibrations, which could be stopped only by the removal of battery. Subsequently it was given to Nokia care center in Roorkee for rectification within warranty period. Within a few days in the month of June the phone developed a different problem again. The apparatus was getting excessively hot every time it was in use, ans the screen was getting discolored. It was not pos to read text or number. We took it again to the Nokia care center and requested for replacement. But we were told that it will repaired with display replacement and given back in a couple of days. I have always had a good experience with Nokia cell phones and its very disappointing that i have got a defective piece.
Considering the series of repairs it has undergone one after another i request u to replace the faulty apparatus as soon as possible. Please let us know how we can get a replacement.
