Poor service and frod at service cente

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have purchased my handset on 7-march-08. before 2 or 3 days, the mice of handset starts creating problem. It was in warrenty period, so i gave to SMART ASSOCIATES.Jhansi which is nokia service center in Jhansi on 03-oct-08.

They gave me a verification paper in which they mentioned that there is no any physical damage and set is not tempered.

when i went to them to recieve the set, they gave me and said- 'it is OK now'. At that time when i check it there is another problem with handset. My set's keypad was not working, and they said - 'it is already damaged.'
