Nokia 1650 purchased from Hotspot Mobile Store, Secundrabad
New phone not in proper working condition, replace of the piece needed

I had purchased two Nokia-1650 mobiles from Hotspot Mobile Store located at Kharkhana Road, Secundrabad in October. One is in perfect condition while the other one has been troubling us very much.

After showing the same at the store, their response was very rude. They replied that they had no connection with the phone as soon as it is sold off. They advised that I should send it to a Nokia Care Centre which I did so for two - three times. But so far the problem is still persisting. The main problem being that its pin (where it has to be charged) comes off or becomes loose while charging.

After repeated complaints also there has been no action taken

The store incharge suggested that I had to get an DOA certificate from Nokia Care Centre in case the phone is to be replaced. If i am taking the phone to the Nokia Care Centre they are temporarily repairing it and sending back after my repeated atempts and charging me 300 to 400 rs. on every repair of the replacing the same pin.

I request the authorities concerned to take strict action
