About repairy

Dear Sir,

My name is MANOJ M. LANKE.I had complained about my new phone NOKIA 1661 a day before yesterday. I also complained about PSK MOBILINK, KOLHAPUR.The service engineer of company is not working properly. They had'nt got a problem even after 25 days. They promised me that i shall get my mobile within 15 days. But i did'nt receive my mobile yet. He is ignoring me whenever i meet him. The service provided to customer is very bad. The staff is also not good. If mobile is not get repaired, then please replace the same by new one, otherwise i will take help of consumer court. Please take my complaint seriously.
