Not working key pad

I am Prabhat Tiwari i wants to complain the customer care center in micro services B-30 A G.F. Kalkaji New Delhi. There Engineers are not able to repair my (Nokia 1662) My job sheet no.js 113123456/060307/1mobile & they do no pay attention towards our complain, they always said that

they have less resourses provided by NOKIA though they take max time to repair it & after that they send it to Noida. This take too much time so we face much problem in that.

Kindly, provide us bestest engineer's to know that what is the poblem with the handset
