Replace the mobile

Dear Sir,

My name is pankaj kumar pandy. I am buy the mobile of Nokia company. Model no 1662 in month of July. From Nokia Prority Sri ram tower. After 3 weeks. Mobile is not properly working. I Submit my phone in B .K. Company Nokia care service center in Hazarat ganj Lucknow. Where we received the job sheet number 338504886/090811/59. After one month I call to service center number no 0522-2200103. talk with customer care executive. He check the status of mobile and said he mobile is complete. after one hour. Customer care executive call back and said your mobile have one more problem of out going. he refer the mobile again in delhi. I said to replace the mobile he not replace this mobile.

I kindly request to you that replace my mobile.
