Volume & battery problem

I had purchased nokia handset on Apr.07 after few days I came to know that battery showing drain within one an hour. I visited service center of nokia more than 6 to 7 times at lowerparel, bright point. They give me replace battery one time & handset three times, but problem was same. Now I had facing volume problem, I can't heard otherside wise properly. So I request to you all please think twice while purchasing nokia model.
