Not logging complaint Under warranty

I went to Bilaspur nokia care and I shown up the battery that is about to explosion. and the mobile is under warranty only 5 months after purchasing. but the the call coordinator was a girl and she says that we cant logg your call not giving you to jobcard. I asked why she said we dont check your warranty by internet. I am busy and dont bring this phone again here it will be exploded, The shameless customer care of online Mr Yashmin the inferior person, asking me the job card no after telling this all problem. he is brainless. he is donkey. he is stupid.

I want to give him the post of skillless porter.

how nokia take him as employee, it is not to understand.
