Nokia 2310
No sound is going or coming when loudspeaker is off

Dear Sir,

I am Sandeep Kumar from supoul bihar. I buy your Nokia model 2310 in August. Currently I am new delhi. But since few days, any call is coming or outgoing there is no any voice but call is activated. But i can not know about that call. Due to which a lots of problem is faced by me.

So Please sir querry my problem and solved it.
