Poor aftersale service by nokia care

Sir,

i have purchased a nokia mobile product code2310 with eme no. 355532016309786 on last september 3 whose radio fm volume automatically goes up even it is not touched.

i decided to get it right by any of nokia care and went to nokia care of janakpuri district centre. after seeing all related documents they told me to submit for 4 days on 02, july. But they could not rectify it.

After that day they are regularly calling me one or the other day. They neither provide me my mobile nor any useful answer to it.

Plz look into the matter at your earliest and help me in getting rid of this harrasment.
