Nokia-2330c
Software problem

Dear sir,

i had purchased nokia-2330c (serial no.355248033651650) in 09/09 from agra sanjay place.

the shop is 'the connectors (nokia-priority), g-3, anand vrindavan', sanjay place, agra-282002.

the problem is that, after one months from purchased there was software problem. this problem occure more than 8 times till now, i had also meet nokia-care 7-8 times, they were re-install the software, but 2 days after installing the software, the problems comes again.

so i want to change the handset.now i requst you to that, give me a well solution to remove this problem.
