I brought nokia 2505 handset from haji ali Reliance Web World, on 20th nov 08, within 24 hrs i found that cell phone have network, handsfree and even battery proble, when i went to that web world Mr. Rafi Manager of that web world told us to go to nokia service centre that is in lower parel,

when i went there they told us its is not there look out they cant replace the handset i have to go to haji ali web wolrd only, in this proceedure 21 days past finnaly when i get my handset back from haji ali web world it was my same old phone they didnt replace it they just give me job sheet,

i m very angry with the customer service of relianec, only one quastion i want to ask if one brought a hand set from a gallery and it has a problem so where we have to report even i have done all the fornalities
