Inger problem

I am fade up with nokia mobile model no-2505, i found ringer problem in my mobile then after i deposite my mobile in nokia care dated- 7-03-09 but till date they r not responding me.every day they tell me aaj ban jayega but when they give my mobile i don't know.my cell is now 5 months old it is in warrranty.

so please consider it.
