I BOUGHT A NOKIA 2505 RELIANCE CDMA FROM A RETAIL SHOP named "Arya Electronics and Communication, baradeo, godowlia, Varanasi-221001"ON 31ST JANUARY'08.

and from the month of febuary its not working.nokia man said that software has disappeared.and when i went to nokia repair centre ie, "ELITE COMMUNICATION, D 59/103 D1, SIGRA, VARANASI;CONTACT NO.0542-3298036"AND EMAIL ID ELITECOMM_VARANASI@NOKIACAREINDIA.COM..they said it would take a month or more.sir i have not been using my cell since that day and quite disappointed the way they treated me.sir i will be obliged if you can do something and yes i claim for a new mobile of the same set number.the if i dont get one i will go to consumer forum..
