PROBLEM IN SET

We have puchased it from a reliance web store ltd Daryaganj New delhi vide invoice no. 0301037500 dated 3.9.2008. Since starting the use of this mobile set, the following problems are bieng faced :-

1) The set is found switched off in the morning while at night it is left o.k.

2) The battery is not fully charged even after 3-4 hours on continues charging.

3) The battery backup is not up to mark.
