Pathetic service support from Nokia care - Raksha Impex, T. NAga

Within the purchase of the Reliance Mobile from Reliance webworld - Mount Road (2505 Model), i had given it for service for 2 times to Raksha Impex, T.Nagar, based on the advice of the Reliance webworld customer care Executive.

It was the pathetic customer support from the Nokia care, the mobile number provided will never get atteneded & even the LAndline Number will get attended only after 25 tries..

I amreally fed up wiht this sort of service.

Within 3 months i was left without mobile for more than 23 days as it was under repair..

Really do not know how a professional company is giving a worst service support like this..
