Technical Fault - Replace Immediately

Dear Sir/Madam,
There is a technical fault need to replace immediately please issue a Delivery Order as soon as possible.
I have purchased above model from Mobile store wide bill no HR/01364/00001/4125 dated 26.01.2008.
During July there is a problem, set automatically switched off during is use. I approached to Mobile store they refused to accept my complaint and refer to Nokia care centre at Ambala.
At Nokia care centre they issued a job sheet number 349434038/080802/29 dated 02.08. saying that this set has technical problem and will be repaired at there Delhi office.
After one month (September) i got my set from Nokia care centre Ambala after so many reminders on telephonically and so many time personnel visits.
Within a week time again same problem occured and new problem comes .i.e during incoming calls not listing properly. Again i went to Mobile store and said please either repaired it or replace it. But they refused to listen anything regarding same.
Again visited Nokia care centre and described same problem and they again issued job sheet vide no: 349434038/081007/2 dated 07.10.2008. And they will again send this set to Delhi office for repair.
Sir as you now our warranty period is near to expire and during warranty period my mobile set was totally down.
You are requested to see my problem as i described above and replace my set as early as possible.
I am really fedup with services of Nokia care centre at Ambala and harrasing me your Authorise dealer .i.e Mobile Store at Ambala Cantt.
Before approaching to the consumer court i request you please replace my mobile set as early as possible.
