The Said Above Mobile Hand set have been some Technically problem to connect BLUE TOOTH so we have gave to the Customer Care at PHONE MART, SUMUL DAIRY ROAD, SURAT. The handset as been given the said Customer Care Trice.as details given below

30.01.2009 The Hand set as given for some problem [Hand set as been hang] they have send the handset to Delhi. For clearance and return us back on 20the Febuary -09. but on same day the mobile was still not working. So we have return back to the said Customer Care [PHONE MART] ON 21.02.2009. But still date they are not giving any reply & not properly behaviouring and answering to us.

So please look into this matter otherwise we have to concern with CONSUMER COURT for legal matter for the handset.

Kindly replace and give us New handset.
