Nokia 2600c
Inspite of sending for repairing, but all efforts are gone into vain. Problem remained intact

I have purchased Nokia 2600C on 31/07 from Techno Shop, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. But since October mid the phone is not getting charge. Hence, I return product for repairing/replacement to the Vendor. Vendor had deposited the product with Nokia Care Center, at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. My Jobsheet Number was 39443403808120657. The product was returned allegedly repaired, but I found the product is suffering from the same problem. I am really depriving of use it. I do not want to waste my time under the pretext of repairing. I want urgent replacement. Kindly do the needful.
