Nokia 2600-c
Phone is not working

My mobile imei no. is 355702025869100 and it has a problem of switch off after one and half hour and does'nt switch on. i have given it to the nokia care (SHRI NATH JI COMM, SHOP NO. 8, KARNAL) and they took a month but the problem is not not upto date. they give me three job sheets but the problem is not resolved. my job sheet no. is 253433527/090720/2.
