Technical problem

I have puchased the above mentioned set on 13th july08 set no is 3535531027789229. yesterday while selecting ringtones it suddenly started showing massage that ringtones files not suppoting, after cheking some other tones the set stopped responding and hangs. after removing and reputting its battery it started. What should I do to get rid out of this prb? Is this a serious problem?

its loudspeaker voice is poor also.
