Faulty Handset

Sir,

Inspite of all efforts from my side goes in vain. The entire team of Nokia is helpless to resolve my problem (Only 10days old Nokia 2600 c). I would like take some efforts to promote Nokia Care. In case Nokia care is not in a position to confirm me the status of my complaint except false promises, Ref. 2-3E3HEP, and hand-set is with your NOKIA CARE since 29 Aug. Not to hesitate to provide me the Name and address of the Authority concerned so that I can request them to get it repaired or accept gift from my side. Please take your decision at the earliest, saliency is not the solution of problems.
