Nokia 2600 classic
Ill behaviour at nokia care

Sir, this is to inform you that i went to nokia care at howrah (w.b.) on 23rd sep 09 to collect my under warranty 2600 classic phone at 5:15 pm. over there one of the employee told me that we don't delivered handsets after 5:00 pm. i requested him lot but he did not accepted my request. he said me that it is company rule not to deliver handsets after 5:00 pm. i want to know that its really the company rule or it is the rule which he himself created.

if it is a company rule then i dont want anything to be done on this matter and if it is not the company rule then please take serious action against it. only for this types of person nokia gets bad reputations in its service area.
