Stoppage of the use of Set as it has been lost

I, Jagmohan Singh, r/o 1588, Phase 5, Mohali, Punjab would like to request you that on 3rd of March, i lost my Nokia 2610 Black mobile handset with an active Spice connection at my native village in Khemkaran, District Taran Tarnin. Since then it is not in my possesion. Henceforth, i want the set to be blocked and not be misused by any anti-social element. Kindly stop the use of the set as everytime i call at the no. it says that it is Busy.
