Menu pad keys not functioning properly

I purchased a nokia2626 for my daughter on14-01 at Guntur having IMEI No.356811023984834 and within 10 days of its purchase the menu key was found improperly functioning and I went to the nokia care personnel for its repair and they said to collect after 20 days. Now, i want to ask that what is the assurance that the complaint repair will not occur again when it has occured after 10 days of its purchase? I think when such major problem has occured soon after getting the phone the company should hold its soul responsibility and replace it with a new piece rather than its repair. We have believed in nokia for the past 10 years and hope they don't break our believe and make us feel good to have associated with the company for so long by doing the best way possible to solve my problem.
