Sim blocked

Please help me out..!!! sim card blocked.

i have been playing with my cell... nokia 2626

it asked for puk... i have tried several combinations... at last 1 of it worked...

next it said enter your new pin... whish i dont know...

now finally it says sim card rejected...

please help me out with this problem
