Sound problem

Sir,

I have purchase nokia 2626.during eight month his sound was good, after that sound is very less, it mean if i take mobile in the pocket & i can't listen ring.after that i am going to nokia care at raigarh (CG) for see the problem.after checking he has told me in this set we have facing problem of sound & simply he change ringer part in the set.but volume of sound is not increased.my complaint no.-800504867/090627/1

I want to registered my complain & remove my problem as earlier as possible.
