Hi Nokia Care
I am fed up of using Nokia. I have purchase N2626 from second day of purchasing I am facing call drop/disconnected problem. I have replaced my Vodafone SIM 3 times. This is to noticed that I have submitted this set 7 times to nokia care but problem not resolved I have presented demo in front of nokia care team also. Atlast on 2nd July I took the set from Nokia care and is with me as a dummy. It’s useless to me.
And I am very frustrated of using Nokia. I will never recommend anyone to use Nokia. I had such a bad experience about Nokia. I have loss more than the cost of this handset for every visit it cost me 1000/-. Every time I make call to Nokia Helpline they just repeat the same line “Submit the handset they will escalate and do the needful”
