I m shocked to bring to your knowledge that I, ve purchased the above noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The keypad is not working. The phone hangs also. Since I, ve purchased that set from Hotspots retails pvt. ltd. I gave them that set for replacement but they denied. Now I expect full Value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest as the guarantee period of that set is upto 3 Oct. 2008. So that I, ve not to go to consumer court.
