Often gets hanging. your engineer say that it is software configuration defect

Very often gets hanged. Purchased only on 22-11-07 at Chennai with proper bill. The seller is not taking the responsibility. Your Nokia care persons are not courtesy towards the customers. simply state that it is software cofiguration defect which is a manufacturing defect. I ask the question then why such pieces are sold in the market only to get money. Commercial honnesty is the foremost thing for a good manufacturer espectially like you, a foreign company for whom, Tamil Nadu Govt. has extended all tax holiday benefits.
