Nokia 2630
Poor & bad service

I m in Pakistan, I have delivered my cell fone to Nokia service outlet near KFC zarkon Plaza Rawalpindi. Pakistan. The problem was minor i.e; one of keys of keypad was nt working, first they promised to solve problem in 2-4 hrs but they hold my set for several days which resulte in loss of my connectivity & business sufferings & when they returned my set, it had many more problems than previous one. This is really nasty & worst customer as well as nokia company performance, I have ever experienced in my life. Shame on the management of nokia & poorest, dull & raw staff of the above mentioned outlet. My set is under warranty but it does not work properly now. Who is responsible culprit.
