DELAY IN REPIAR AND IRRESPONSIBLE

I had Purchased Mobile Phone Nokia 2630 from The Great India Place Shop no. 138 Sec 38A Noida. he has given 02 years warranty (Ist year from Nokia service Center and 2nd Year from Planet M) but second year i suffer from display problem then i I took the same shop Planet -M- were told the Display Problem at 18 Sep 09 Store Incharge received my phone and told to me for after 4 days. i have called after 4 days then he has response me please call after 3 days i called him several time but he always refused to do this job on 23-10-09 he finally negotiate to do this job and told me your mobile phone is physically damaged he is no repairable...
