Delay in servicing and repairing of phone by nokia care centre, krishna nagar delhi 92

Dear sir,

This is regarding delay in servicing /repairing of nokia phone, model no: 2630 and bill no: del/01363/00001/4379 .

The phone's LCD screen was damaged within 10 days of purchase.

The phone was deposited with NOKIA CARE on 3/3/o8, no estimate was given as the centre had power failure.

For last one week i have been calling NOKIA CARE to gather information about the recovery of the phone but the reply is same that there is no power.

Its big shame that NOKIA CARE CENTRE'S have no power backup no time bound repair.

The company is just screwing the customer's in india.
