Battery replacement

Dear sir,

I got a Nokia mobile (Nokia 2630) on 3/2. Some time i have battery problem, so i went a Nokia care center, He told battery failure model so arrange replace to new battery.

But Still not recived battery. Past one month with out batter how to use Mobile...!

The nokia care enter (HCL Infosystems Ltd) service is very worst and very dog to customer. So kindly arrange the battery as soon as posible.
