Display problem

Sir,

It is to inform you that due to diasplay problem, I was given my mobile to N.R.I Communication, O-9, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi-110024 for change of display on 15.10.2008 as per Job Sheet No. 500434038/081015/21. The service centre told me that your mobile display will be changed and the delivery date was 15.10.2008. I have seen my status on the web site that my mobile has been repaired and gone several time to the Service Centre to collect my mobile but they are saying that your mobile's display has not been changed till date.

You are reqeusted to kindly take action against the above mentioned service centre to enable me to proceed further in the court of law.
